I chose the Cognitive Theory and the Cognitive Load Theory to be displayed on this infographic.
Cognitive Theory focuses on how learners actively process, organize, and integrate information through limited visual and verbal channels to construct meaningful understanding.
Cognitive Load Theory examines how the amount and complexity of information placed on working memory can either support or interfere with effective learning.
